Projenin konusu, uydu DVB-IP tabanlı istasyonlar veya rüzgar/güneş enerjileri, trafik kontrol sistemleri, büyük havalandırma sistemleri, asansör sistemleri gibi heterojen sistemlerin kontrolünü bir merkezde toplamak amacı ile geniş bir kullanıcı uygulama programı oluşturmaktır.

2. JAVA Programlama, eclipse/osgi programlama
3. Müşterilerine farklı cihazların kontrolünü sağlamak için kolay kullanılan bir sistem sunmak isteyen KOBİ’ler
4. İzeleme (monitoring) konusunda uzman
Ar-Ge Sağlayıcısı: Java programlama, SWT-GUI tasarımı yapan veya izleme (monitoring) konusunda uzman 1 Ar-Ge Sağlayıcısı ortak aranmaktadır.
Diğer: Rüzgar/güneş enerjisi santrali, trafik sistemleri, hava tahminleri gibi çevresel ölçümler, havalandırma sistemleri, uydu bağlantısı, kablolu TV gibi sistemlerin sağlayıcılığını veya operatörlüğünü yapan diğer statüsünde son kullanıcı KOBİ ortak aranmaktadır.
